Privacy policy

Effective October 5, 2026

This policy explains what Clear Line, operated by Concrete Shop West Inc. ("we"), collects when a client business connects its accounts, how we use it, and how to have it removed.

Who we serve

Clear Line is a service for businesses that sign an agreement with us. We connect only the accounts that a client's own people choose to connect, after their organization's administrator allows it. We do not offer Clear Line to the general public.

What we access

When someone at a client business connects a Google account, we request read-only access to:

We never send email, change or delete files, or act as the user. Microsoft 365 connections work the same way, with read-only mail access.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide Clear Line to that client: organizing their messages and files by project, summarizing where each project stands, and answering questions from the client's own authorized people. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with other clients.

AI processing

Clear Line uses AI models to classify and summarize client data. We send only the data needed for each task, under provider terms that do not permit the provider to train its models on it. We do not use client data to train or improve general-purpose AI models.

Google user data

Clear Line's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. No person at Clear Line reads a client's Google data except with that client's permission for a specific purpose, for security or legal reasons, or as part of operating the service for that client.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Client data is stored in Google Cloud in the United States, in a database set aside for that client, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the client's authorized people and to the Clear Line staff who operate the service.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep a client's data for as long as the client uses Clear Line. Anyone can revoke Clear Line's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then stop collecting from that account. When a client ends service, or asks us to delete a connected account's data, we delete it within 30 days.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date and tell our clients. Questions or deletion requests: privacy@clearline-us.com.
